3 Age Limit & Eligibility

We follow a strict age verification process. Age is verified at registration using a National ID or passport. If it is later found that a user registered with a false age, the account will be closed immediately and any accumulated funds will not be refunded.

Account eligibility:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be a legal citizen or resident of Bangladesh
• Must be of sound mind and capable of making informed decisions
• Must not be on any court- or regulatory authority-issued gaming exclusion list

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

6 Betting Rules

• Bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error will be considered void

7 Prohibited Activities

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Taka Vate reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• At the user's own request for self-exclusion
• At the direction of legal or regulatory authorities

To close your account yourself:

You can close your account at any time through our support team. Before closure, all active bets will be settled and any valid withdrawable balance will be returned to you.

9 Responsible Gaming
